Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Small items ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They usually do not need a delivery signature.
  • Freight Shipping: Large or heavy items ship with a box truck to your curbside or loading dock. They will schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment is in your area.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Processing: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order in our system.
  • Handling Time: Some items take longer than others to get ready for shipment. This product should ship out in 3-5 Business Days days from the time it is processed.
  • Transit Time: Once shipped, we will send you the tracking number. Ground orders take 1-5 business days. Freight shipments may take 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery Appointment: For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to set a delivery time. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

Great stepper machine for at home with a few issues that can be resolved

Assembling the Stepr Pro wasn't too bad at all. All in all took me about 45 minutes by myself. I would recommend having another person help since there's one part of the assembly that would make it easier which is mounting the screen but I was still able to do it by myself.

Other than that the machine is great. I had some issues with how slow the touch screen was but you have to make sure it's connected to a 2.4GHZ band only and it works fine. Other than that Paramount+ doesn't work since it requires some update that Stepr is still waiting on.

If you're looking to take classes like Peloton just note that they do require downloading before it starts so can take a few minutes. I typically just use the manual mode and watch something on Netflix or Amazon Video.

Is there sales tax on my order? Why not...

As of 3/5/25 sales tax is charged only on orders shipping to Illinois, Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina. Outside of these specified states, there will be no sales tax on your order.

We have tax nexus in these states that we must collect and remit to the state.

If you are tax exempt, please call 888-995-4450 and get a quote without tax.

What if my order is damaged during shipment?

If your order is damaged during shipping, document the damage with photos and videos and contact us. We'll work out the best solution, be it replacement parts, paint, a partial refund, or a replacement. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order and get a full refund until your product has shipped. Once shipped, you may be liable for the costs of shipping involved to turn it around.
