I got a Body Solid leg curl leg extension. I am especially happy with the communication and follow up with Lance. He made sure the process was smooth and I got my machine and was happy. When there was any minor issues with shipping he proactively called and took care of everything. I will purchase more equipment from them based on his spectacular service.

Jay and Lance were both extremely helpful and always communicated well and responded promptly. Equipment was delivered without any issues. This is a great machine and we are glad we added it to our home gym.

From start to finish this whole process, as well as the product was great. It truly was a breathe of fresh air dealing with this company. Any questions or concerns were answered with no issue and everything went seamless. The product itself is a great piece of equipment and allows full body training.

Select Fitness was responsive to my questions and followed up quickly to ensure my order was processed timely. I received the Dynamic Venice Elite sauna within a week of the order. The sauna looks great and most importantly works great.

The machine came in a very nice package (too wide to go into a 36" doorway until its unpacked) and with very good instructions. I did have to go to the Stepr site and look at a YouTube video of how it goes together. I recommend finding and watching this video before you try putting it together. It is heavy and will take two people to move it around. This machine looks to be as good as the one in the gym I go to, but its just easier for me to go get on this stepr without having to go to the gym. Stair climbing is probably the hardest 20 min exercise you can do, but you can build up to a faster pace as you get in better shape.

Standard 160lb weight stack is far too light. Ensure you purchase the 235lb stack or a different machine with more capacity. Try it first somewhere. Also, looks commercial, but seal adjustments and levers feel cheaper than gym quality.

I ordered these spotter platforms because no one else makes them, although I do not have the Body Solid rack they were made for. I had to find something to adjust the radius of the poles to fit 1" holes, but once I did the platforms worked. They are very heavy, solid, and well made. The company was terrific working with me when they initially sent the wrong part and then wanting to be sure I was happy with my fix.

Solid piece of equipment. Very smooth performance. Would love to be able to upgrade to aluminum pulleys, tried but did not fit. Would recommend to others.

The additional equipment that came with our Stepr have been very useful. The weighted vest can be used for any workout and the bands are very accurate with resistance.

The steps themselves run smoothly and are easy to adjust to, even our 11 year old has been using it. The charging ports are great, and it is easy to connect an iPad or phone to watch videos if you do not have a screen on your Stepr. The bar has added a lot of diversity to my workouts, the possibilities are endless. I originally purchased it for front squats and quickly figured out it could so much more. Seated shoulder press, FID Bench, Seated press…the only limit is your imagination.

Great product. Had researched and tried multiple adjustable dumbbells and settled on these. The rubberized plates are an improvement over the metal versions made by Power Block.

Customer service at Select Fitness was very responsive and helpful. I needed to replace the selector pin and they reached out to Power Blocks and had them replaced within days. Very pleased with the prompt attention!

As far as the machine, I have only used it twice, but it was and has been love at first sight. I love the option of classes, free step, and the screen time to help push through a workout.

Great quality and well built!

No complaints. Surprised it only took one guy. It says easy assembly but I am glad we went with the professional install. It took him about 5 hours, if we would've done it ourselves we'd still be installing it. Great service great install great product.

I love my STEPR! I’ve always wanted one at home so I can avoid commuting and gym fees. Plus it’s perfect for training for difficult hikes :)
