Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Method:
Orders under about 100 Lbs. ship UPS/FedEx ground. Large or heavier orders ship LTL/Freight with a CURBSIDE delivery appointment.

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Typically, this item will be on its way out of the warehouse in about PRE-ORDER. The exact delivery time will depend on your location and distance from the supplier.

Cancellation/Returns
Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.
After 24 hours, most orders can be canceled before they have shipped, with some exceptions.
Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
Damaged Items:
All orders are protected by an authorized manufacturer's warranty, and shipping insurance. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival.
Returns And Refunds:
Except for certain equipment and items identified below, your purchase is protected by our 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return:
- Must be within 30 days of delivery (or the manufacturer's specific return window).
- Must be unused, never assembled, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
