Balanced Body Reformer and Cadillac units ship LTL/Freight with a curbside delivery appointment.
Estimated Timeline:
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Typically, this item will be on its way out of the warehouse in about 3-5 Business Days. The exact delivery time will depend on your location and distance from the supplier.
Assembly:
Larger Balanced Body units will ship mostly assembled but require some assembly. If you need somebody to complete the assembly for you, we offer this service at an additional charge.

Cancellation/Returns
Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.
After 24 hours, but before your Balanced Body order has shipped, can be canceled with a 25% restocking fee. This is Balanced Body's policy.
Damaged Items:
All orders are protected by Balanced Body's warranty, and shipping insurance. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival.
Returns And Refunds:
Except for certain equipment and items identified below, your purchase is protected by a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return:
- Must be within 30 days of delivery (or the manufacturer's specific return window).
- Must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
